Fulfillment Policy

At New collection Decor, we want you to shop with peace of mind. Below you’ll find details about our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Order Cancellation Policy.


Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across Canada. Remote or rural areas may take longer.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Free shipping on orders over CAD $99.
    • Flat rate shipping applies to orders under CAD $99.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos. For lost shipments, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Canada.

Refund & Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are final sale.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us at support@newcollectiondecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Once approved, ship the item back to us. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.)
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Exchanges: If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet. Please email us at support@newcollectiondecor.com with your order number to request cancellation.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return following our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
