Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across Canada. Remote or rural areas may take longer.
- Shipping Rates:
- Free shipping on orders over CAD $99.
- Flat rate shipping applies to orders under CAD $99.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos. For lost shipments, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Canada.
Refund & Returns Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are final sale.
- Return Process:
- Contact us at support@newcollectiondecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.)
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Exchanges: If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet. Please email us at support@newcollectiondecor.com with your order number to request cancellation.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return following our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
